What is ISO/TS 22163(IRIS)?

The global quality management system standard for the rail industry, ISO/TS 22163, which supersedes the previous IRIS Rev. 02 standard, is the one being described. In order to guarantee improved quality standards in facilities, equipment, and services, it expands upon ISO 9001 with requirements unique to the rail industry.
